Eligibility contingent on meeting requirements of each benefit (hours worked, age, etc.) Primary Responsibilities: This role will help drive new sales into the community to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals. This includes developing and closing leads with potential residents, coordinating the move-in process, developing relationships with referral sources, and assisting with special events. Able to work Tuesday-Saturday 9:30AM-5:00PM. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High school diploma or GED required 1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, and lead tracking database Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
